We are here, 24/7/365…working to find ways to save the lives of those with diabetes
What We Do
We collect in-date & unneeded insulin, test strips, as well as other diabetes supplies, and ship them to developing countries. They are then distributed, free of charge, to children and adults with diabetes who otherwise would go without these life saving medications.
Each and every donation no matter the size helped us reach our goals for 2016.
Thank you for helping us reach our goals

A letter from our Board of Directors
Right now you can walk into any drug store in America and buy a vial of insulin, inject it and diabetes life-as you-know-it goes on. Most likely, you have some insurance coverage to ease the extreme financial burden of that several hundred-dollar purchase.
Now imagine you are a parent in flood ravaged Haiti or in impoverished Uganda or Nigeria watching in helpless desperation as your child withers away without access to insulin or other necessary supplies. No store to go to. No well stocked doctor or hospital to visit. No insurance that pays for it. But then miraculously, a new shipment from friends in America arrives at a local health center with this gift of life inside!
At Insulin for Life USA our critical and urgent mission is to collect unused supplies, donated by the generous diabetes community, and ensure it reaches local health workers and needy families in eleven countries around the globe. We intercept these precious life-sustaining supplies that would otherwise get tossed in the trash and turn it into life-saving miracles.
It’s not magical. It’s hard work and generosity from people like you.
We depend on financial contributions to sustain our operation and ask that you please consider being a part of this chain of miracles with a donation of any amount so we can continue to ship more boxes filled with hope and dreams of another day, month and year of a life with diabetes.

What Is Diabetes
Diabetes can occur in many forms; a common feature being high levels of blood glucose, often requiring insulin therapy. In diabetes (type 1 or type 2), the blood contains abnormally high levels of sugar due to the body’s failure to make enough insulin. Without insulin, people can die. With sporadic insulin use, a number of serious “complications” affecting the kidneys, eyes, nervous system, and heart can occur.
IFL USA is dedicated to helping those with diabetes no matter where the location. Our goal is short and simple…to save lives. Hopefully, you will join with us!
